Is it scary?
Some people scare easier than others. Fear is a relative thing. We make our best effort to get everybody but we also try to make sure that if you don't get scared you will still have fun. Some advice: If you come into a haunted attraction determined not to get scared, you probably won't. Relax and enjoy the show, a little screaming could be good for you. Also, if you don't scare easily, bring people with you that do. Half the fun is hearing your friends scream.
If I am in line at closing time will I still get in?
Yes, we stay open as long as there are people in line.
When are the best days to come?
Come early in the season. That way you will beat the crowds that will grow the closer we get to Halloween. The lines will be shorter on a weeknight than on a Friday and Saturday night. Remember, on the nights that aren't as busy we can put you in smaller groups and give you a longer and more personal show.
When is the best time to arrive?
Early in the evening. The crowds usually peak about the middle of the evening.
What is a Fast Pass Ticket?
A Fast Pass Ticket allows you to skip the regular line and enter the attraction quickly. Purchasing a Fast Pass Ticket covers your regular addmission plus your Fast Pass upgrade. You do not need to purchase each separately. You may purchase Fast Pass tickets at the box office or through Etix.
Will I be touched?
Only if you deserve it.
Should I bring my kids?
While our attraction is not recommended for small children, we leave this decision to the parent or guardian. Some six year olds will laugh in the face of fear, while others will wet their pants. Keep in mind that we do not tone down the show if a child is in your group. We do not allow children to be forced to enter the attraction against their will. Children under twelve should be accompanied by an adult. Carried infants are not allowed. Ticket price is the same regardless of age.
What if I get too scared to finish going through the haunted house?
Security personal will escort you out if you get too scared to continue.
Do I get a refund if I am too scared to finish the haunted house?
No. You paid us to scare you, and that's what we did.
Is your attraction open if it rains?
Yes, the entire haunt is inside and the outside waiting line has a roof over it.
Do you have a concession stand selling food and drinks?
We are located next to an Eat n Run deli which serves a variety of food and drinks, although they may not stay open as late as the attraction.
What happens if I hit or grab an actor, take a prop, damage a scene, bring a weapon in, or come through the attraction drunk or stoned?
You will be having a very intimate conversation with the Sheriff's Deputy on duty.
Is your attraction handicap accessible?
We make every effort to make our attractions handicap accessible and have visitors in wheelchairs every year. Because of the nature of the event, crutches are not recommended in the attraction.
